hotel reservation charge

I have a charge on my credit account for $196.88 on 2/4/09. I believe that this is a precharge for the Disaster Recover Journal Conference at the end of March at the Coronado Springs resort. However, I did not receive a confirmation or receipt for this charge and I need a copy of it for my expense report. Would you please comfirm the charge and fax or email me a receipt as quickly as possible? My email is noted above. Thank you.
